Living LIC is pleased to present the August 2016 monthly market snapshot.  The number of closed transactions for August was significantly higher than in previous years, with an impressive 300% increase year over year.  This is most likely due to the new development Liv @ Murray Park closing an estimated 29+ units.  The median price per square foot continues to remain at about $1100/square foot as it has throughout the summer.
