Living LIC is pleased to present the monthly market snapshot for July 2016.  The price per square foot and number of transactions per month have remained relatively stable throughout the duration of the summer.  However, within the last month the median sales price increased roughly 30% due to the larger number of two bedrooms sold compared to June 2016.
